- Note the amount of disk space occupied by each email ID.

- Ensure you have the login details (email IDs and passwords) for all email accounts.

- Ensure that the disk quota allocated in Quickpost is greater than or equal to the current disk quota for each email account.

- Update the necessary DNS records related to email, such as MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Note that once DNS records are updated, emails will start being received in Quickpost.
