  2. Disk Quota Usage:

    • Note the amount of disk space occupied by each email ID.
  3. Login Details:

    • Ensure you have the login details (email IDs and passwords) for all email accounts.
  4. Create Email Accounts in Quickpost:

    • Create the necessary email accounts in Quickpost using the provided link: How to create new user in quickpost

    • Ensure that the disk quota allocated in Quickpost is greater than or equal to the current disk quota for each email account.
  5. DNS Records Setup:

    • Update the necessary DNS records related to email, such as MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
    • Note that once DNS records are updated, emails will start being received in Quickpost.
  6. DNS Records to Add:

    • Add the specified DNS records in your DNS zone. Refer to the provided link: Add Mailing DNS records to connect your domain-Quickpost

      Migration Steps:
      1. Log In to Quickpost:

        • Log in to Quickpost using the email address that is being migrated.

      1. Access Mailbox Migration:

        • Click the Settings icon.
        • Go to Connectivity.
        • Select the Mailbox Migration option.

      1. Select Mail Service or Server:

        • In the Mailbox Migration modal, choose the service or mail server you want to migrate data from.
        • If your mail server is not listed, click on "Others.

      1. Fill in Required Information:

        • If "Others" is selected, fill in all the necessary information.
        • Once the information is entered, the mailbox migration will begin.

      Notes:

      • The required information varies based on the service or server being migrated from. For example, migrating from Office.com only requires your email address and password, as Quickpost will automatically fill in the server address. For other servers, such as MailEnable, you may need more detailed information, including server address, port number, and migration type (POP or IMAP).
      • The total migration time depends on the amount of data, internet connection speed, and other factors.

By following these steps, you can ensure a successful migration of your emails to Quickpost.
